Option Spot Flow Matrix is a market analytics product only.

• It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or trading venue.
• It is not an order-routing service, custodian, investment adviser, or portfolio manager.
• It does not accept, route, clear, settle, or execute transactions.

2. No investment advice

Nothing in the application constitutes investment advice, trading advice, research advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, hedge, or enter into any financial instrument or strategy.

3. Nature of displayed information

Displayed values may include direct source data, delayed or revised source data, grouped analytical outputs, translated or transformed price levels, internally derived metrics, and bucketed or normalized monitoring values. These outputs are analytical and interpretive in nature and may differ from exchange, broker, vendor, or settlement presentation even when the same underlying market activity is being monitored.

4. Data quality and timing

• Data and source inputs may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, revised, or unavailable.
• Presentation may be aggregated differently than another screen or source.
• The application must not be relied upon as the sole basis for execution, valuation, reconciliation, compliance, accounting, or regulatory reporting.

The public application surface is a read-only presentation layer. It may expose selected analytical results while withholding internal diagnostics, source detail, operational metadata, or private monitoring functions.
