1. What this product is

Option Spot Flow Matrix is a read-only market analytics product. It is designed to display live and near-live analytical views of EURUSD options flow and related spot-price context.

• It does not execute trades.
• It does not route orders.
• It does not hold customer funds or assets.
• It does not provide brokerage or custody services.

2. Information we may process

Because the application is delivered through a public web service and a thin mobile wrapper, the service may automatically process limited technical information required to operate, secure, and understand the product.

• IP address
• request timestamps
• requested URLs and response status codes
• browser or app user-agent information
• device or platform metadata normally sent in web requests
• anonymous install identifiers generated by the public mobile wrapper
• basic product-usage events such as app open, heartbeat, page-load failure, matrix view, and download actions
• standard server logs and security logs

3. What we do not intentionally request from users

The public application is designed to operate without account creation.

• We do not intentionally request bank account information.
• We do not intentionally request brokerage credentials.
• We do not intentionally request payment-card information.
• We do not request contacts, microphone, camera, or location permission.

4. Market and analytical data

The application may display direct source values, delayed source values, grouped analytical outputs, translated price levels, bucketed values, and internally derived monitoring metrics. These values may differ from exchange, broker, or vendor presentation because of timing, grouping, methodology, or internal analytical transformations.

5. How information is used

We do not use the public application as a social platform, ad network, or behavioral marketing product.

6. Cookies and local storage

The public mobile wrapper is configured conservatively. Depending on deployment surface, the web application may still use minimal browser storage or session-level mechanisms needed for rendering, legal acknowledgement, or functional state persistence. The public product should avoid unnecessary tracking technologies.

7. Data sharing

We do not intend to sell user personal information. Operational data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, logging, or security providers strictly as needed to run and protect the service.

8. Retention and security

Operational logs and technical records may be retained for a limited period for security, troubleshooting, auditing, abuse investigation, and service continuity purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be used to protect the public service and its operational data, but no internet-facing system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children and international access

This application is not intended for children. If accessed from outside the primary operating region, technical data may be processed in the jurisdictions where infrastructure or operators are located.
